Corks & Courses is our bi-monthly wine dinner series — An intimate, unhurried evening designed around three thoughtfully prepared courses, each paired with wines we love and can’t wait to share. Whether you're a seasoned wine enthusiast or simply someone who appreciates a beautiful meal, this night is for you.
Held right here on Cary Street, each dinner is limited in size, personal in feel, and paired with purpose.

$25 from every ticket goes directly to our charity of the month — Chosen by our team. Charity details will be listed in ticket purchase details.
The Evening Section:
First Course We open with something bright and inviting — a starter built to awaken the palate and set the tone for the evening. Paired with a crisp white or light sparkling pour from one of our favorite New World regions.
Second Course The heart of the meal. A generous, carefully crafted main course paired with a red that can hold its own — think bold Argentinian Malbec, a structured Oregon Pinot Noir, or a Napa Cab with something to say.
Third Course Every great evening deserves a proper ending. A dessert course paired with a finishing pour — something sweet, complex, or unexpected, depending on the month.
Menus rotate monthly and reflect what's seasonal, what's exciting us, and what's pouring beautifully right now. Dinner with a difference.
We believe a great night out can do more than just feel good. Each month, we select a local nonprofit to support through Corks & Courses.
Twenty-five dollars from every ticket goes directly to that organization — no strings, no overhead, just neighbors helping neighbors. Our monthly charity partner is announced in-advance, so you know exactly where your contribution is going before you arrive.
