Corks & Courses is our wine dinner series — An intimate, unhurried evening designed around four thoughtfully prepared tapa sized courses, each paired with wines.

If you’re looking for a tasty meal combined with a wine experience this event is perfect for you.

We also invite private parties, corporate clients, and others to book our Corks & Courses dinner series to enjoy for a good cause.

Held right here on Cary Street, each dinner is limited in size, personal in feel, and paired with purpose. Minimum size party is 14.

Pricing / Event Details:

$225 per person: Four Tapa sized courses · Wine pairings included ·

$20 from every person goes directly to a local charity. Chosen by our team.

The Sample course Evening Section:

First Course We open with something bright and inviting — a starter built to awaken the palate and set the tone for the evening. Paired with a crisp white or light sparkling pour from one of our favorite New World regions.

Second Course Carefully crafted course paired with a white that can hold its own — think Alberino, Veltliner or a Chardonnay.

Third Course Carefully crafted course paired with a red that can hold its own — think bold Argentinian Malbec, a structured Oregon Pinot Noir, or a Napa Cab with something to say.

Fourth Course Every great evening deserves a proper ending. A dessert course paired with a finishing pour — something sweet, complex, or unexpected, depending on the month.

We believe a great night out can do more than just feel good. Each month, we select a local nonprofit to support through Corks & Courses.

Twent dollars from every ticket go directly to that organization — no strings, no overhead, just neighbors helping neighbors. Our monthly charity partner is announced in-advance, so you know exactly where your contribution is going before you arrive.
